Microsoft Windows XP

Hi, when I try to print a photo from the web I can only to get it to print A5 size on A4 paper.

How can I print at A4 size please? 

Been trying for ages!

Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums! I’d like to help you with the HP printer issue!

 

Going through your post, I understand that you are unable to print in A4 paper. Please try the steps listed below and check:

 

  • Unplug the USB cable from the printer and computer if present.
  • Go to Control panel – Add or remove programs – Select all the HP Photosmart printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Now click on http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL42577/mp-108807-3/PS5520_1315-1.exe to download and install the printer drivers.
  • Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
  • Restart the PC and then try to print again and check.

 

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
