Greetings @Ken1962,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to install the printer on your MAC computer, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Is the printer configured on the wireless network?

Did you run the wireless setup wizard on the printer?

Are you able to make a copy on the printer? (This would let us know if the printer is working fine.)

Are you the administrator for your computer?

Recommend you follow the procedure mentioned in the article below to uninstall the printer, once it is uninstalled, please reset the printing system.

HP Printers - Uninstalling HP Printer Software (Mac)

HP Printers - Resetting the Printing System (Mac)

Once you have reset the printing system, restart your MAC.

Download the latest full feature software for your printer from www.hp.com/drivers and install it on your printer.

This should resolve the issue you are facing.

Let me know how it goes.
