I am getting an "Aligment Failed" after instaling all new printer heads. I have ran "align  printheads"  It gives me the following error: "Aligment failed. Refer to device documentation for details" What should I do? I also ran a: "Print Quality Diagnostics Page" In which everything looks just fine. I also ran a: "Self Test Diagnostic Page" It did not show any problems either what should I do now?

I reviewed your post and I understand that after replacing the print head you are getting alignment failed error.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

 

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
