Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My computer all of a sudden says Scan to Computer Unavailable on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8715. I dont even know how this happened.  all i did was plug my phone usb to computer so i can get pictures off my phone.

 

Actually this is a message that pops up:

Function address 0x00007FF95E824F99 caused a protection fault.  (exception code 0xe06d7363)

The application property sheet page(s) may not function properly.

 

What does this mean??????
