All-in-one prints first page only of web documents

When I try to print a bank statement from online, my all-in-one (Officejet Pro L7555) shows only the first page in print preview and prints only the first page of multiple pages. I tried saving the statement to my computer first, but nothing is saved. This is in Internet Explorer 8, but I'm having similar problems in Firefox.

HP Support says this is a problem with the bank's website, but the bank is not detecting any problems on its end.

I'm using Vista currently but about to update to Windows 7 because of ongoing problems.

Any suggestions?

Re: All-in-one prints first page only of web documents

I think this is an IE problem.  Is printing normal from other programs?

If upgrading to Win7, I recommend not going to 64-bit - lots of problems, especially with printers and other drivers.

I am employed by HP

Re: All-in-one prints first page only of web documents

I thought it might be an IE problem, but I'm having the same problem in Firefox.

My computer is currently 64-bit. Does that mean Windows 7 must be 64-bit?
