Auto dialling

I have a relatively old Office Jet 5610 All in One printer/fax. The problem I have is that once it a week it automatially dials the following fax number - 13452105. It also dials this number if we have a power cut or if I switch off the mains. These call charges are appearing on my phone bill. My question is this - how do I stop the Office jet from auto dialling this number. I have no idea of who the number belongs to. If I dial the number I just get a fax squelch sound. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you your printer is auto dialing fax number. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

• When did this issue start?
• How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Meanwhile:

• Reset the printer.
• Remove the power cable the printer when it is turned on.
• Press and hold the power button for 60secs.
• Connect the power cable to printer and directly to wall outlet.
