As I understand though the Auto receipt of fax is ON, you cannot receive auto as you have to click the accept button to receive the fax each time,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you reset the fax settings back to factory defaults?
Looks like that would be the best way to fix this issue if you haven't done that yet,
