HP Envy 4524

Hi, I had cause to replace my printer with another same printer however even though I do not use the old printer anymore (this was returned to HP), I am still being billed by HP Instant Ink.

So I expect the following within 7 days:

a) refund of my £7.99 subscription

b) removal of the old printer from my subscription.

If this does not happen, I am removing myself from the HP Instant Ink Programme so as not to be held to ransom.

Regards

Nick
