HP Photosmart 6525
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been through most of a double black ink cartridge trying to get black to print.  I have done all the diagnostic tools and at first, cleaning the print heads helped for a short while.  Now it has completely stopped printing black.  Having read previous entries, I see that the print head is defective and CANNOT be replaced.  I have wasted expensive ink.  The printer is less than 3 years old and has not seen heavy use.  Furthermore, I don't see any HP printers for sale that use the same ink.  All this adds up to a big expense for me.  Obviously this printer is defective and needs to be recalled and replaced at no charge to us.

Assuming you have done everything on the HP web site, try these Youtube videos here.

Search for more if needed.  If no joy, your printer is toast.
