Black bleeds into other colors

HP Recommended
latex 360

Hello everyone!

We keep having the same problem happen over and over again... I attatched a picture to illustrate the problem. Our black areas do not stay sharp, they eventually bleed into the other colors. We replace the Black/Cyan cartridge (We have done this Three times in the last month) and it seems to correct the issue, but only for a short period. We just had HP here yesterday to change the LED Sensor and in the process a few print heads went bad, so we replaced them. This morning we started printing, everything looked great until we got about Six feet in, then the black started bleeding into the Yellow. You can see the Black go from sharp at about the One foot mark, to fuzzy at the Six foot mark. I can't imagine we need another printhead. We have been using this material (Oracal 3165) and the profile for about a year with success, but lately we have been having this problem. In the meantime we will do a print head cleaning and see if that helps.20160824_084601.jpg  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
