Black ink doesn't word!

Ho Photosmart 6520

My Photosmart 6520 worked very well until yesterday. I changed black ink, the livello is right but it doesn't work.

I cleaned the support  but no  ink came through . I tried to change the ink,but it doesn't work.

what can I do?

Printer not printing so readable.  Changed black ink and on test page black is smeared and barley shows up.
