Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, the black ink has stopped printing, colour is coming through ok and grey scale but just no plain black ink.  the scanner does not pick up black ink either so all facilities are affected. No idea how to sort this, have spent a lot of money now on two sets of ink replacements.

Have you tried cleaning the printhead automatically? (for more info see this link)

You have a clogged printhead.

Take a look on youtube on how to clean a fixed HP printhead.

Hi, quite a lot out there - this print head is not going to stay blocked! Many thanks for your input, I hope I will achieve cleanliness before throwing the printer out of the window.
