Black output when copying from adf

HP color laserjet pro M570 dw

Every time we copy from the automatic document feeder the output is totally black with white edges.i have done a firmware upgrade and   reset to factry settings and no difference

Black output when copying from adf

Thank you for your responses. In all honesty im not sure what was wrong. I opened the scanner unit to see if anything was obviously wrong. Closed and its being working fine since.

Hi natcomp3,

 

Can you help to feed more information on this topic?

Are you able do the scan using the flatbed?

Is the image scan through the flat bad is good or similar to automatic document feeder scan?
