Bought cartridges for deskjet 3520 printer they are listed as compatible on the box but don't fit??

Hi I bought 2 cartridges today black 27 and tricolour 28 as they said on the side of the box compatible with HP Deskjet 3520 but they do not fit my printer.

I have opened one of the cartridges. I can't get in contact with anyone at HP to ask about getting my money back plus to point out their annoying mistake. This is because getting a helpline number on their website has been impossible.

Has anyone got any suggestions, if so would appreciate it!

Thanks
