Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi there, I just received my printer and went to install it. I followed the directions and when The install CD gets to the part where you are to connect your USB cable, I do so and then nothing happens. I have tried a dozen times. I have swapped the cable out, I have used every usb port, I have restarted the printer and thquick tips to get the best answere computer multiple times and it simply is not detecting that is connected whatsoever. I know the USB port is good on my computer because I can use it on any other device. Please help, this is a business printer and right now I am completely without the ability to print.

I have the exact same problem.  Bought new M402n printer today and it is not recognized thru USB connection.  Not sure wha I am supposed to do now.
