Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
My C4780 is frozen on the HP screen with the blue bar.
I read every suggestion on the related HP forum, and it appears the only thing left is the factory reset (that has to be PM'd to me).
I've tried everything (Turning off/on, ungplugging--holding down power button 60 secs and plugging back in), and nothing works,
