Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Photosmart C7250 All-in-One Printer and it prints in green color. The ink levels appear to be fine. I read that you haven't made any changes to the printer.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Are you using original HP ink cartridges or refilled cartridges?
  • Is the printer able to make a copy with proper colors or is it greenish?

Meanwhile, I did some research on this issue and suggest you to perform the following steps:

  • Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
  • Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
  • Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
  • The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector. Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.

Print a self test report:

  1. Load letter, A4, or legal unused plain white paper into the input tray.

  2. Press Setup.

  3. Press the down arrow () to highlight Print Report.

  4. Press OK.

  5. Press the down arrow () to highlight Self-Test Report.

  6. Press OK.

If the print quality shows the green color then please continue to troubleshoot by referring to the steps in detail from this link

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂
