30.01.41 - Scanner Failure - There was a CPB (Copy Processor Board) error.
Make sure the SCB (Scanner control board) and CBP have power by checking the LED's on the scanner assembly. Check the scanner power cable connections. If that does not resolve the problem then replace the CPB.

30.01.41 can also be caused by a requirement to update firmware, make sure your at minimum on 20101206 52.121.2 for your firmware.
This was one of the fixes in the roll up on that level.
If this fails then as suggested you need to look at diagnostics and replace SCB.
