Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

My printer is showing the following error code "10.9531 Error".  I have cycled the power, removed and re-installed the toner cartridges, and even unplugged it from the wall without success.

This is related to toner collection unit door at the back of printer unit.

 

Open the toner collection unit door and close it and ensure it is closed firmly.

Im encountering the same, and i tried to open it but it is still the error comes out.

@mielvn if you are seeing the error msg even after reseating thn the unit has to be checked and serviced. Suggest you to contact HP Tech support or nearest HP service center to get it serviced.
