HP Recommended
Product: Color Laserjet CP4025n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

So, I am trying to upgrade a CP4025n printer. I try using jetadmin abd get the "resend upgrade error" logs state that

69 2015-NOV-03 03:08 PM 22187 99.00.16 07.080.4 Upgrade not performed, RFU error
68 2015-NOV-03 03:08 PM 22187 99.00.01 07.080.4 Upgrade not performed, file is corrupt

 

Then I try running the remote installer from Windows. Same error.

 

65 2015-NOV-03 03:37 PM 22200 99.00.01 07.080.4 Upgrade not performed, file is corrupt
64 2015-NOV-03 03:37 PM 22200 99.00.16 07.080.4 Upgrade not performed, RFU error

 

Next, I try to ftp into machine. Can't. Finally I use a Mac and lp the file cljCP4525fw_07.171.9.rfu to it. Now even though it claims that

 

Firmware: 20150120 07.171.9
 
It is still giving me the "resend upgrade" message and the log reports

What am I missing here?
