Hello,

I've got a Laserjet CP5525n (P/N :CE707A), whith the error 99.05.56.

I update the firmware with EWS. The printer receive the file, but when I click to reboot the printer freeze, with the message the printer is rebooting.

I was changing the formatter and the 8GB drive solid state but the problem persists.

I find nothing on this error.

Can someone help me please ?

I don't know, myself, but I'm told that's a Firmware error from your printers' firmware. You're probably gonna need HP TECH SPT.

Only info I can find:

Recommended action

1.Perform a clean disk from the preboot menu.
2.Reload latest version of firmware via USB Thumbdrive.
3.If the issue persists, replace the formatter assembly.
