Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot scan from my hp envy 5530 to my computer I get a driver check error when I run the  Scan Doctor.

Completely deinstall and remove the printer from your computer.  Now, install the Full Featured Software and drivers here.

OK, so when you press the scan button nothing happens?

Thank you, I get a popup box stating "a problem prevented document from being scanned, try again or troubleshoot.

Did that, still cannot scan.
