Product: Envy 5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy 17 touchsmart laptop running windows 10 64 bit

I can connect every phone, tablet and other PC's to the printer, but cant get my HP laptop to connect?

It will connect directly, but cant print anything from office 365, says needs user attention?

I can print test pages etc, but no pictures will print from any program or any office based software

ARRRRG!

Any advice on sorting this?

(Will print if connected directly via USB)

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Firstly, please download an run the following tool:

      http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe

It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).

I have downloaded everything possible from HP, but nothing fixes the issue

I have reinstalled all software etc.

The issue is just the Envy laptop?

I can do everything from the Envy laptop with the printer except print docs or pictures

I have the HP remote software, but this is the same issues
