Download a fresh copy of the Full Feature Software and save the file on your computer.

Before making any changes to your system, create a Restore Point
Document help: System Restore XP OR System Restore W7 OR System Restore W8-W10
(How to) Create Restore Point
Stop all programs: Browsers, games, Applications, etc.
Control Panel > icon view > System > System Protection >
Click (Highlight) your main disk (C) > Select Create a Restore Point
Next:
- If using a USB cable between the printer and the computer, disconnect the USB cable
- Uninstall the existing printer software from Control Panel > icon view >Programs and Features
- Restart the computer and log in
- Navigate to the (Downloads) folder in which you saved the full feature software installation file
- Double-click on the file to initiate the install procedure -- follow instructions
- If using a USB cable, connect the cable only when instructed (latter part of the installation)
- After the installation is complete, Restart the computer and log in
