Product: Envy 4507
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

No probs until now when the printer keeps wanting to save to file when the print button is clicked and comes up with a dialogue box.  Saves the job as a .prn file and then nothing happens.  As far as I know, no changes have been made to any settings.   Thanks

Make sure that the 4507 is set as the default printer in Devices and Printers.
