I need help with my printer office jet pro8625 I watch all the video on the website but not helping the printer carriage can not move so can you help me please

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Officejet Pro 8625 printer. I understand that you are getting carriage jam issue and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Turn off the printer, and then on again.
  • Clear any jammed paper from the printer.
  • Make sure that the carriage can move freely.
  • Remove and then reinstall the cartridges.
  • Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet
  • Reset the printer.

Click here and follow the steps mentioned in the document to perform above troubleshoot this issue.
