Thanks for this advice. I have followed the steps you suggest and there is no change.
I think as I said the Tri clolour ink cartridge has run out. I am paying for an ink cartrige plan form HP, but have had the wrong replacement cartridge sent to me. I have a new black cartridge, when I need a new colour one.
Is there a phone number or email adress where I can ring to get this sorted? I have spent a lot of time looking on your website and found nothing to help me with this. It is very frustrating, as I had hoped paying to be in the plan would mean that I woudl not have this kind of problem.
