Changed default fonts change back to default

When printing from Word and changing the fonts for printing enveolope return and delivery settings after selecting the changed font to be the default and selecting ok after printing, when printing again the fonts are reverted back to original default.

Question is how do we set the fonts for printing enveolpes so that they don't need to be changed each time we print.

I understand you are trying to set the default print setting s on your HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus. I will be happy to help.

Below, I have posted a link to a document that offers some troubleshooting solutions to this issue. When you open the document, please open the drop down titled "Change print settings from the Windows 8 Desktop", then scroll to the section titled "Change the default print settings for all print jobs". Please try out all of the steps, in order and get back to me with the results.
