Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I changed my ink cartridges and then had an alignment error. Printer not printing well. What is my problem?  I have changed ink cartridges in the past, no problem.

I understand that you are facing an alignment error on your printer after replacing the cartridges. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. However, may I know the printer you are using?

Are you using genuine HP ink?

 

Every time you replace any cartridge on your printer, you need to complete the alignment process, without with you will face print quality issues. 

As you have not mentioned the printer model, please refer to this HP Article for assistance. 

If you could provide more details, I will be able to assist you better.
