Hello HP community!

I have lightly used this printer without problems for 3+ years.  When I attempt to power-on my printer, it warms-up as usual, but after the typical 5-10 seconds nothing dispalys on the screen - no "ready to print" or error messages. Of course when I try to print nothing happens.

I'm not quite sure where to go from here.  Thanks for any input!

Most likely you have a formatter issue. Rarely is the display the actual problem.

Please check if the device power is ON, but only display goes blank or the device power goes OFF.

You may perform steps like, accessing (open, close) the toner cartridge door & check engine movement, fan movement to confirm if device power is ON or OFF.
