Color Laserjet 4700dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Config page prints color just fine.

Anything sent to printer, incl test page, prints in b&w.

New installation of printer itself and Universal Print Driver PCL 6 v6.5.0

In system setup on the prn, Restrict color use is set to: enable color

ICM is set as disabled; enabling it does not fix the issue.

Print all text as black is set at Disable.

What have I missed??
