Color Laserjet CP2025dn won't print color

Hi DocZ,

Could you help to elaborate on some more information. I'll see if I can help.

First, can you help to confirm that you still have color ink in the toner?

Second, can you verify that when you're printing your document in color, that you have selected a color printing option?  I'm attaching an image of what that could look like:

Finally, are you still able to print in black/white (monochrome)?

Thanks.

Hi DocZ,

One additional resource that I would like to point out is the following URL:

http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/psi/troubleshootDisplay/?javax.portl...

This solution allows you to verify your settings and will likely resolve your problem.

Thanks.
