Hi,

I changed my login password to the computer, and now I can't scan or print anymore.

If I go back to the previous password, it works no problem.

But I want my computer login to be changed.

What can I do?

Thank you

Hi @bimini,

Thanks for stopping by HP Support Forums.

I came across your post and would like to help.

Need assistance in fixing the printing issue after changing the computer password on the printer. Is that, correct?

I have found a suitable article form HP website which ideally helps you fix the issue on your printer. Change the computer's password,  try the steps from the link below and run the HP print and scan doctor. check if that solves the issue.

Hope the solution answers your query. Feel free to reply back for more.
