How do I manually connect my computer from network to computer then printer to computer or network to printer what would be the correct way? My computer is ho envy I'm not too wavy with computer please bear with me .

Hi,

 

Firstly the HP Officejet Pro 8600 does not support Bluetooth. You don't want to connect it via wireless then USB connection is the correct way.

 

Please have a USB cable for priter ready then

 

(a) Run setup from the CD which came with printer, select USB,

(b) Connect USB cable when the process asking for (avoid USB 3.0 port on computer),

(c) Follow on screen instructions.
