Envy 4520
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, I just purchased an Envy 4520 and plugged it in. Began to install it on my phone, as well as my laptop. My phone completed first and now I am unable to connect my laptop (which is also an HP) to the printer. They are both showing that they are both connected on my wifi network but when trying to install it, it just keeps saying "Unable to find printer." I opened up a word document and tried to print just to see what would happen and the printer does appear but it says offline. The little blue wifi light is on on the printer. Please help! Super frustrating! Don't want to use a USB Cord!
