Photosmart C6200 All-In-One
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Our Photosmart C6200 All-In-One was connected to our ethiernet now connected via USB  to a MacBookPro running OS10.12.4. We get a "PAPER JAM" error message when it is powered up.

Have removed the back and checked all items and found no paper.

Have opened top and checked all with flash light found no paper.

Have unpluged and repluged both power and USB.

Have pulled paper and reloaded paper.

Have pulled out both paper and photo paper trays and see nothing and find no paper.

We still get error after eache and every action above.

Thank you in advance for all your good help.

Chimney_83,

Thank you for the welcome. We do have all devices on surge protectors, good check. I ran through the link you gave 2 times on my own and then had The Boy, my son, give it a look to see if he could see somthing I missed.

Thanks again will keep all in the loop.
