Officejet 6500A
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When I search for drivers on the HP Site there are 2 coming up HP Officejet 6500A/Special Edition e-All-in-One - E710a/710e Full Feature Software and Driver   and the other is   HP Officejet 6500A Plus/Plus Special Edition e-All-in-One - E710s Full Feature Software and Driver.  

 

The Laptop is a work one however as i work from home and use my home printer this is NOT supported by my IT help desk - I cannot download or install the drivers myself so have to find the correct driver and ask them to download it!  it is then down to me if it does not work.  

 

I have got 2 versions installed at the moment one says that it is 710a-f and the other is 710n-z.  The a-f is not installing properly as it says that it has drivers missing and the n-z printer works but not the scanner option (and i need both).

 

ANY help greatly appreciated.

I saw your post on Officejet 6500A and you are trying to download the correct driver. I am happy to help you with this issue!

 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Please provide me the product number of your printer so that I can help you with the correct driver.

Meanwhile:

  • Click here and type the printer product number or serial number and click on find to get the correct driver for your printer.
