My Dell AIO 810 printer will not work with my new HP 2000 laptop (Windows 7 64- bit OS).
I have downloaded all the updated drivers that were available. I have disconnected and reconnected the printer. I have rebooted the computer.
The laptop selected the printer by name and model number from it's own list, but when I attempt to print anything is has told me that the USB port is not enabled (it was). And now it gives me different prompts telling me it has detected an error.
Is there anything else I might try?
