Dear HP team,

 

I recently purchased an HP genuine ink cartridge and on installation a pop up box appeared asking me to claim my rewards ( As in the past where I then got a code to get a discount). However, when i clicked it it showed that I am in Ireland. If I carry on on the Ireland page it wants me to download an upgrade (which I eventually did. When trying to install this update it wanted me to plug in a new HP printer. No other option?)

 

If I go to the South Africa page it shows we WOLF, a new movie or something

 

In the past I received a discount code to buy cartridges as a reward for installing a NEW HP CARDTRIDGE?

 

How do I claim my reward now?

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any. You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends). 

Response times may vary by region. Please send a Private Message, if you aren’t contacted within 4-5 business days.”
