Designjet T2300 emfp: copied drawing is longer than original by 5 mm.

Our mfp makes copies 5 mm longe than original A1 drawing in printing direction.

Scaner calibration was made many times however it didn't help.

If you have any sugestions please help to solve that problem.

Thank you in advance,

Best regards,

Roman.

- do you get the same result if scanning to a file? To make sure it's the scanner and not printer.

- try to clean the rollers in the scanner.

- what media do you scan? is it very stiff, polypropylene or other?
