Having just spent £27 of my 88 year old father's pension money to install a full set of brand new genuine HP ink cartridges for his Deskjet 3520 I am very disappointed that only the yellow cartridge prints. I have done all the trouble shooting and unblocked vent holes and still cannot even print an alignment page as it is only the yellow printing.
I have run the print head clean and still nothing. What can I do to remedy this?
Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient, please. Please note that I am not overloading you with a lot of troubleshooting steps.
