Product: Deskjet 3630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
Hi

I need some help, we bought our printer in the UK, deskjet 3630 but have since moved to Hong Kong. We needed new cartridges and since the 392 aren't availability here I found out that the 3630 printers here use the 63 cartridges but the printer doesn't recognise them. Even changing the setting to allow for unauthentic cartridges does not help.

Please help!!
