Deskjet 950c printer won't print in color (only grayscale)

[ Edited ]

I have a Deskjet 950c. Today it stopped printing in color (verified it's not set to grayscale) in multiple programs. I did a print test and it was only showing magenta. Put a new ink cartridge in and it the print test page wouldn't show ANY color.

Put the old cartdige BACK in and ran all the suggested tests here:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02455482

Both cartridges won't allow color printing, sliiight magenta from the older cartridge, NO color from new cartridge.

Using Windows 7 64-bit (sadly no toolkit).

What can I do to get this thing fixed?
