Deskjet F4580 Wireless Connection Problem

I just purchased the Deskjet F4580 and am trying to configure it so it connects and will print wirelessly. However, I continue to get this error message. What do I do? Of course I have access to the network, I am connected to it right now. Thanks.

The network configuration was successfully downloaded to the device. However to continue configuring the device in network, your Mac must have access to the device. So please make sure that your Mac has access to the Network : "network name" and retry.

Do you have two routers or a DSL router/modem?

I don't have two routers. Just one that broadcasts the internet signal.

Re: Deskjet F4580 Wireless Connection Problem

OK, perhaps your printer or computer are connected to a neighbor's wi-fi?  Check both:

On your computer, verify that you are on YOUR network (not sure what you have or I would help you find it).

On your printer, print a Network Config Test from the front to find out what network it is connected to.
