Deskjet T790 "Print Head Replacement Not Complete"

Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone, hope to get some help on this one if possible.

 

Deskjet Plotter T790 Replacement Magenta and Cyan Print Head not being accepted.

 

Genuine HP product; Number 72.

 

Once replaced, machine carries out an 8 minute count down to sort itself out, then asks you to replace the print head once more.

Please can anyone advise a way forward?
