I was hacked and need to change my email password but it is requiring an authentication with user name and password.  I have tried my email, name and nothing works.  There is no way to recover such as a forgot password or user name option.  Therefore I cannot get into my system.  So frustrating.  Can you please help!

@Lmholzer

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand you need help with the authentication of the username and password to change your email information,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Are you referring to the HP Connected account? (instant ink, cloud services, etc...)

Is it about the wireless connection? perhaps a screenshot of the screen you need help with would help us identify and resolve your concern.

While you respond to that, here's an HP website you can use to resolve most of the basic issues with the HP printer: Click here

Eagerly awaiting for your response,

Keep me posted,

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!

Here is a screen shot.  This is happening in HP Utility.

I was able to log in today but it quickly asked for my log in again before I could make any changes.   The same log in didn't work and it locked my account

Thanks for your help,
