Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8718
Hi,

I've just bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 8718 and the staff I bought it from said it scans double sided. It also says it does on the box. I have gone through all the settings and been on google and can't figure out how to do it ! It currently takes my double sided documents from the feeder but only sends single sided to my USB. Really need it for work 😞 please can someone help me?

Just select 2 sided...

 

Scanning issues…

Please try this scan solution:
 
HP Scan Extended

For Windows:   ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Can't find a "scan double sided" option on the printer menu I tried that.

You don't do it on the printer.  All done from the software.
