Solved!

Downloading Driver Problems

hp deskjet 3520
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear Friends, hope all is well.

I have a HP deskjet 3520 and its not the "all in one" model.

I tried to connect it to my laptop and after numerous attempts it could not find or download the correct drivers.

The HP Assisant could not Identift this model I have. It defaults to a model 3500 when I plug the printer into the USB ports.

I assume in order to operate this printer I will need the correct drivers, etc...

Any help or suggestions much appreciated.

Sincerely, Ralph

Hi,

It is an AiO model:

Please download the following software and driver then install to your computer:

Regards.

Thank YOU!
No that's not the correct model.

This is the one:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?cc=us&lc=en&product=5268513

Let it be known also that when the printer is connected "plugged in ..it does show it as a model  HP Deskjet 3500 series.

I wonder if it's not compatible with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit? What do I know?!

Sincerely, Ralph
