No the partial reset has not worked. I followed the process as per your web site as it differed from your BL /BL etc process which I could not translate to my printer. I reset the printer back to its factory settings and still have the same problem.
I am still being told there is a conflict of drivers from the doctor software and suspect that this has been caused by the download of the latest software which may not have removed previous drivers.
I suspect it might be best to talk to one of your people on line and I know this will cost me to have this resolved quickly .
