If you are looking for a driver for the laserjet 1005 for a windows 7 system then this is the product page that you will need to go to however, this product is not supported in windows 7.
If you are looking for a driver for the laserjet m1005 for windows 7 or windows 8, then this is the product page that you will need to go to: m1005 product page

First, here is a document that references the windows 7 supported drivers which will be useful for further information:
windows 7 support for Laserjets
Second, how are you connecting the m1005? If you are connected via network you won't have scan fuction. With windows 7, the support for scanning changed to USB connections only (see document referenced above).
You will need to download the plug and play/scan driver package from the m1005 home page to recieve the WIA scan driver. Again, this is only available for USB connections.
Please let me know if you need more help.
